Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. We provide worldwide shipping covering North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

Shipping transit times vary by region:
• North America (USA, Canada, Mexico): 7–14 business days
• Europe (Most European countries): 8–15 business days
• Asia: 6–12 business days
• Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): 7–14 business days
• South America (Brazil, Argentina and other South American countries): 15–25 business days

Please note that international shipping may be delayed due to customs inspections, local postal efficiency, weather conditions, or remote area logistics. These situations are beyond our control.

All import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges incurred during international delivery are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for lost, returned, or undelivered packages caused by incorrect customer information.
